Pond provided professional services including engineering design, landscape architecture and hydrology services that work with the existing terrain.  Program elements include preservation of specimen trees, implementation of a streetscape system and a landscaped splitter island favoring pedestrian access across the main road.

Atlantic Coast Developers is planning a 250 acre upscale retail and lifestyle center in Commerce, GA. This site is located on the bustling Intersate-85 corridor between Atlanta, GA and Greenville, SC. The signature element of the center is a heavily landscaped natural creek which will provide tranquil walking area between entertainment and community nightlife activities. The park like setting will include pedestrian bridges, natural vegetation and inviting courtyards. The overall site is currently planned to be developed in three phases which will including a hotel, theater, a variety of retail experiences, as well as a community trail and park.  Native plants and local stone elements will also be incorporated.
