For this mixed-use sustainable community in the north Georgia mountains, Pond | Ecos worked closely with the lead architect to provide land planning for the site amenities, village and living locations, trails and overall circulation solutions. Integral to the firm’s role was the inclusion of sustainable practices, from stormwater management to surface treatment and building orientation.
