Chattahoochee Hill Country Community Master Plan
Because the Chattahoochee Hill Country community was the last undeveloped rural area within metropolitan Atlanta, there was pressure to develop a master plan that would guide the sustainable development of the area and preserve the natural landscape. Working with the community, Pond | Ecos created a plan that included the development of three mixed use villages and alternative transportation options.
