Atlanta Regional Commission Livable Centers Initiative Downtown Tucker Area Study

Working in a thoughtful, collaborative process with multiple constituencies, Pond | Ecos conducted a study that focused on revitalizing downtown Tucker. The recommendations included incorporating high-density development, providing a mix of commercial, office and housing options and improving mobility on the major corridors. The study also provided policies and strategies for implementation, responsible parties, funding sources, short and long-term action items and transportation enhancements.
