The former headquarters of Montag Paper Company and the current location of Pond | Ecos' intown office, The Blue Horse Office Condominium is a multi-use development in Atlanta’s trendy Inman Park neighborhood. Pond | Ecos worked with the developer on the hardscape and landscape for the building, recommending native and naturalized plants to limit the need for irrigation and high-end maintenance.
