Tribute Lofts

Located on a prominent corner in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward district, Tribute Lofts helped bring new life to a historic urban community. For the engagement, Pond | Ecos designed a streetscape pattern for trees and sidewalk elements, as well as a green roof on the parking deck that captures water run-off and provides green space for residents. Amenities include a barbecue area with built-in grills, a large-scale chess board and a fountain that adds peaceful sound to the courtyard.
