Pond | Ecos was responsible for the site and landscape planning of the campus. Because the site neighbors an historic graveyard, care had to be taken to minimize construction impact. By carefully managing the planning process, Pond | Ecos helped this medical center expand, while keeping reengineering costs down. This included reusing sub-surface rock found on the property as fill material and as landscape elements.
