Called upon to help create a sustainable, state-of-the-art design for the school's art classroom and dining buildings, Pond | Ecos recommended rain gardens to keep stormwater on site and the inclusion of light-colored concrete, drip irrigation and non-invasive plant material for the green roof of the art building. All three buildings were designed to comply with the USGBC's LEED® Green Building Rating System.
