Pond | Ecos’ design of the Klaus Computing building not only maximized greenspace; it also created a sustainable water harvesting system that captures 100% of most rainfall, providing a 14-day irrigation reserve on-site. Pond | Ecos integrated the building into the site, preserving 54% of the site as green space, while also expanding pedestrian corridors and introducing a drought-tolerant native plant palette to the site.
