Olde Town Chattahoochee Greenway
In developing plans for the first segment of a planned trailway project from Lake Lanier to Columbus, Georgia, Pond | Ecos incorporated rest areas, bridge crossings and interpretive signage that will describe the history and ecology of the river. Because the area was once the location of a large Creek Indian settlement, Pond | Ecos designed an upper, paved trail called the “Tal-o-fau Trail” and a lower, natural footpath called “We-wa Trail” to pay homage to the history.
