South Peachtree Creek Trail, Phase 1

Working with DeKalb County and PATH Foundation on the South Peachtree Creek Trail, Pond | Ecos developed construction documents and coordinated a team of civil and structural engineers. The team oversaw completion of erosion, sedimentation and pollution control plans, as well as bridge and bridge abutment plans. Pond | Ecos also coordinated a DeKalb County Buffer variance application, as well as the erosion and sediment control permitting on behalf of the client.
