Vine City Park

For Vine City, one of Atlanta’s oldest in-town neighborhoods, Pond | Ecos helped design a new community park that will play a significant role in this historic neighborhood’s redevelopment plans. To limit excessive flooding, the park incorporates an infiltration system and two underground stormwater storage chambers structures. The park also integrates terraces to maximize usable space, which are accentuated by concrete and granite-faced walls.
